- Fitness & nutrition data — workouts, exercises, calorie and hydration logs, and meals you record (including barcode and meal-photo scans).
- App activity — streaks, badges, levels and your buddy’s state used to power gamification features.
- Device & usage data — basic diagnostics and push-notification tokens needed to deliver reminders.

Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the App (for example, authentication and database hosting, subscription management, and push notifications), and only as needed to provide the service or comply with the law.

You can request access to or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. You may disable push notifications from your device settings.
